Terms and Conditions

Ashly Tellez offers workshops, individual classes, and 4- and 12-session packages to provide flexibility for our clients.

1. Reservation Policy:

-Clients can book workshops, individual classes or purchase packages of 4 or 12 sessions. Reservations are made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the workshop or class and are subject to availability.

 

Clients are encouraged to book in advance to guarantee their space in the studio or their spot in their desired class.

 

Classes, workshops and packages have a set expiration date of (3) months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used after the expiration date will be considered expired and will not be refundable or transferable.

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

Clients can cancel a workshop or individual class with at least 24 hours' notice for a schedule modification or receive a credit for future classes. If canceled with less than 24 hours notice, it will be counted as a workshop taken, a class given (if you have an individual package), or a session used in the 4 or 12 session packages.

 

 

3.Refunds and Package Expiration:

-Class packages are valid until the established expiration date.

-Unused sessions after the expiration date will be considered expired and will not be refundable or transferable.

-If a customer requests a refund for an unused class package, a pro rata refund policy will apply, as described above.

-No refunds will be made for unused individual classes.

4.Liability and Exemption from Liability:

-Participants in workshops or yoga classes assume responsibility for their own health and well-being.

-The teacher is not responsible for personal injuries, damages or losses incurred during classes or in the studio facilities.

 

 

5. Guarantees:

At our yoga studio, we strive to offer high-quality classes and a positive experience to our clients. If a client is not satisfied with a specific class, they will be provided a credit to attend another class at no additional cost. However, we cannot guarantee specific results in terms of physical or mental benefits, as these may vary depending on individual circumstances and client commitment.

 

 

6. Replacement Policy:

If a client is unable to attend a class included in their package, they may send someone else in their place as long as they notify the studio in advance. 2. Return Policy: We accept returns of unused memberships or class packages within (7) days of purchase; After this period we do not refund packages. Refunds will be made in accordance with our stated policy. No refunds will be made for unused individual classes. 3. Delivery Policy: Physical classes within our yoga studio are held according to a set schedule. Clients must arrive on time for classes and be prepared for practice. Should any cancellation or location change occur, we will contact affected customers as soon as possible. 4. Social Media Policy: We value our clients' participation in social media and encourage them to share their experiences with us. However, we ask clients to respect the privacy and rights of other participants in our classes. Recording or live streaming of classes is not permitted without the explicit consent of all participants involved.
