My story
A little more about me...
I was born in Costa Rica and 20 years ago I moved to Panama. I am a mother of 3-year-old twin boys and an 11-year-old girl.
My path to yoga has opened the door to my spiritual journey and has inspired immense personal growth in me.
Although I studied business administration and I love working in that field, I found my calling and what really fills my soul in the practice of yoga and spirituality.
Through yoga I have learned to connect with my body's intuition, listen to it and breathe consciously, that is why my deepest desire as a teacher and human being is to create a safe and welcoming space to inspire and help others to empower themselves, recover your personal power, finding your truth, connecting with our body, moving and co-creating that well-being that we all long for.
I am deeply committed to my own personal and spiritual growth as a teacher, woman, mother, and human, and I support that commitment by participating in ongoing workshops, studying, consistently putting into practice what I teach my students, and working in my daily life.
Over the years I have completed different trainings to acquire my knowledge:
-
200-hour Vinyasa Yoga (Yoga Alliance).
-
25 Hour Trauma Informed Yoga. (Yoga Alliance)
-

-
SoulTherapy shadow work processes 1 and 2 of 130 hours.
-
I have participated in holistic events in other countries where through different workshops I have learned breathing techniques, somatic work, among other practices.
-
I have a bachelor's degree in business administration.
-
I speak English and Spanish fluently.
-
I am currently studying the nervous system and training in Kundalini Yoga.
